This is a critical document that must be completed and accessible for inspection.

  • A policy statement does not constitute a document

  • A policy document is a detailed organisational reference manual in which all of your health and safety procedures are recorded and documented, from standard operating procedures, to the forms and policies.

  • A document should cover commitment, responsibilities and arrangements, and their application should be relevant to your company.

  • A1 Health and Safety can assist with the preparation of a new or revised policy document.
